K2 slayblade or turbo dream - Page 2 - Snowboarding Forum

Evo has the 11/12 Slayblade on sale for $305, so I'm thinking of grabbing one. I don't see a ton of powder so it doesn't really matter that much. I have another board for that purpose anyway. Thanks for your input!

I can only speak for the Turbo Dream. I had a 2011 TD. That board was effin nice in Tahoe powder. I was in knee deep powder and the TD was surfing like nobody's business. It's a fast ride too.

It's a damn decent board on groomers too. Not stiff at all so it's freestyle friendly.

From the sounds of it, the OP needs the TD not Slayblade.

Thanks for the replys, since i tend to freeride more then park and how unlucky i am with the snow conditions whenever i travel to snowboard. I think ill get a slayblade.Ive found a guy selling it for $400 on ebay and he ships to brazil =)

is the 163 wide good for me? im 1m86 and i weight 90kg boot size 12

yeah, with your boot size the 163w would be good. I'm 189, 70kg but with a 10 boot, so similar
