no, it rides good when you are not hauling for sure, when i ride at cypress its mostly night riding, so its all groomers, and i never had any problems last year. if not there im ridin pow in whistler, and the board is awesome all around, kills it in the pow. it could be stiffer for me, but its only a 6.5 flex. but all the c2 boards are pretty much the same. main difference is graphics and sizes. the TRS is a nicer board, imo, it has columbian gold core and riders choice just has normal wood, the gold is suppose to be lighter and stronger. either way you'll be happy with it.

I purchased the Hot Knife over the weekend and setup my bindings. I'm completely stoked for the season to start! Went with a 153 over my usual 156 since I plan to hit some park but will not be modifying the board for it.
