i think they were upfront about the board not being pristine, and you agreed on the price. So, I think your choice is either to accept the board as is, or return for a full refund. Getting another $50 or $100 off won't change how you feel about the board

My T7 did not come in plastic wrap, just the zipper case. That was straight from Burton as a replacement for some minor damage to a T6.

Also the binding marks are not nearly as pronounced as they'd be if it was used. The topsheets get dented pretty heavily from bindings on these boards. The true tell should be the base, if there are no gouges, even tiny ones, then it was likely never used.
