You are asking question that only your feet can answer. You need to try on boots and find the pair that fit you the best. There are so many boot manufactures that make boots for different shapes of feet. One of the biggest things imo is that the boots have heat mouldable liners in them so that you get a more dialed in fit. Also, custom foot beds are money well spent. After you find boots that fit your feet, then you can start looking for bindings that fit your boots. Keep in mind that manufactures that make both boots and bindings should be the best fit together.

I have Rome 390s on my 11up and they work great. I have size 12 boots and they fit the L/XL 390s but there isn't much wiggle room. It would be ideal to check the boot/binding fit once you have boots, but I don't think it's a must.

However, you MUST try on the boots before you buy. it is also nice to check the bindings out in person if possible so you can get a feel for their stiffness. I would say 390s have a medium flex and are freestyle focused, but I like their stiffness for freeride as well.

Here are a few bindings to consider, but again, check out all your options:
Rome Targa/390/Aresenal
Burton Cartel/Mission
Ride SPi/RX
Union Force

Personally I have Burton custom bindings and I don`t like em that much. The toe-cap is not that good in my view. Sometimes its coming a little loose so I have to tedo them over my toes and restrap them. Maybe it just because it`s because it`s a toecap or maybe it is because it`s from Burton. It are my first toe-caps and my first Burton bindings. So I don`t know who to blame

PS: maybe it is even because my Ride boots doesn't quite well fit into Burton bindings...

Boots are something to try out in the store..dont buy them online until you've tried them on..I ride Cartels,Customs and Technine binder's..I never had issues with the burton toe strap, but have had issues with the Technine one's...I learned that you gotta play and adjust them and that problem will go away.

I don't know anything about the boots, but go with whatever fits best and feels right. Freestyle bindings are definitely the entry level bindings and I haven't heard good things about them. I'd only go with them if you are strapped for cash. A nice board like the 11up deserves a better binding than the Freestyle. With the deals out there these days, at least go with the Customs or Missions if you are going with Burton bindings.

I like the boots...fit my feet fine and are comfy.

The bindings...spend a little more and get at least Customs or Missions, or Ride EX's or soemthing. Don't get the bare minimuim for bindings.
