Picking a board yet not sure where I'll be riding it

So unfortunately my NS Evo broke last winter and I'm trying to find a replacement. The kicker is I'll be going to college next year and I'm not sure if I'll be staying in Ohio or moving out to Denver/Colorado Springs. I really loved the Evo while in the midwest, but thought it is a little too soft for the riding I do when I go to Vermont or Colorado.

I've been generally riding 70% Park and 30% Riding around, yet when I'm out west I usually just cruise around with only a little bit of park riding. The problem I'm having is finding a board soft enough that I can use it while in Ohio, yet still being able to ride out west.

Right now I'm thinking about getting the Yes The Greats but I'm not sure if it would be too much board for places around Ohio. Does anyone have any experience on this board? I'm also tossing around the idea of getting a Westmark. Which do you guys think will fit the bill better?

Thanks for the help, I know you guys get this question all the time but my local shops don't carry either of these boards so I haven't been able to get that much info.
