Imagine people using the board section of a snowboarding forum to give some details of themselves in return for some advice on what board to buy.. Fuck me what next, people are gonna start using ebay to buy and sell things?!

Yeah, I get annoyed with all the NS talk but it's hard to hate them when they really do make great snowboards. Also, I've noticed all the NS love has died down a little, so your thread isn't helping

Good point street doc, but all the threads that have been popping up lately are all the same. I want an all mountain w/ park, or park w/ all mountain bs, with all the same board lineups that op is asking help on which to get. Then once that's narrowed down, it's which size to get. Then should they get the wide version.

I feel your pain some. I wish people would research down to compare a limited number of boards and then ask for posters inputs into what they they think of the boards listed actual ride characteristics to make a final decision. That or use the darn search. The blanket posts of no research, no idea, no rider details (foot size, etc) do get a little tiring. I use to answer and review gear posts that but since have stopped.
