Beveled Edges - Snowboarding Forum

I am looking seriously at the Rome Machine 154. The only thing I'm really unsure of is the extremely beveled edges. I do a lot of rails, so it'd be all good there. But how badly will carving be affected? I can't actually find the exact degree it's beveled at, adding to my worries. Any thoughts?
Also, does anyone know what the bevel is on the Capita Stairmaster? Thanks

I got the artifact and I could tell the difference with the beveled edges but it was pretty easy for me to overcome. I have yet to try bombing it down any really hard blacks though.

aww yeh know what? screw this shit I'm going w/ the K2 AfterBlack, everything I want/need in a board. True Twin, lightly beveled all mountain surfy wide freestyle. WOOT.
