I think that you should go to a shop and try on many pairs of boots until you find the best fit and buy those.

Then you should look for a used board in wide size, not very expensive that is the right length based on maker's website, ideally one that has bindings that fit your new boots, or get some used bindings. When you find a used board ask here for advice if they are a good choice.

Then after one season you will have learned some and you can get your friends in the US to buy you a new board this spring at good discount and send it to you. Sell the first board or keep it for start and end of season so you don't damage your new board running over rocks and stuff.

Boots are the most important, there's no perfect board to start, you just need something pretty good, and you'll almost surely switch it after a year anyways as you learn and develop your riding style.

Quicky search on the board finder:

Salomon Sight 166W 12/13 300 euro
Riding Style: Freeride, Freestyle
Men's / Uni Snowboard
Right length for your height, gender and riding style: Board Length 166 cm
fits your weight (86.14 kg)
riding level: Beginner, Advanced

However i agree its hard to find a board if ur a larger heavier guy

Checked Ebay.de for u and found this:
Burton Freestyle Snowboard 164cm with Flow Binders, 4 yrs old, 180 euro, not bad for board and binders i guess. Its just a suggestion tho, i like shopping for great online deals.

hey cozmo,

thanks alot that you invest so much time helping me.
im very pleased ...

but i really dont want to buy a used one.. imagine sth wouldnt be ok -
i have absolutly no problems with used things but i wouldnt feel comfortable..

its hard to describe.. especially the describiton mentioned that the board isnt 100% ok.

about the salomon

Salomon Sight 166W 12/13 300 euro
Riding Style: Freeride, Freestyle
Men's / Uni Snowboard
Right length for your height, gender and riding style: Board Length 166 cm
fits your weight (86.14 kg)

Looks really nice but

sth confused me alot:

240 lbs are ~108kg , not 86,14 =)

i dont know if theres a limit of tolerance but 20kg seems
a lot.

::::EDIT::::

Cozmo i did the research yesterday and there was no result for me..
today again and this salomon board popped up !!!

i will wait some more days, mb some1 else got a nice idea too...(the style of the board is ~,~" acceptable..) i know it shouldnt
matter but mb there are other good boards who fit my :how my dreamboard should look-like a bit more)^^
