Okay, so I'm a beginner just starting out and I purchased a Burton Clash 155 from The-House. I'm 5'11'' and I weigh 165. My question is would this board be good enough for me to learn on for the time being until I learn to ride better? Some people tell me the board is too short for me and some tell me it should be fine because the maneuverability will be easier. I also hear a lot about this chin to nose size rule but I don't believe in that too much. The length of the board won't make much of a difference if you don't weigh that much right? Can anyone chime in on this?

Okay I figured everyone has their own style of riding preference. The board I have is designed to be a freestyle/all mountain board as well with the same idea of not doing deep powder riding. I wanted to learn how to carve and learn the basics on a groomed slope. Thanks for the reply.
