new/used snowboard guide recommendations

So I'm looking on craigslist for a used board but first time I own one. I started in 1992 and went a few times a year for a few years, then family got in the way. Now I have more free time so I wanted to jump back into it. I'm probably a beginner/intermediate. Only freeride, no freestyle and regular footing. I usually only go in Southern Cali also.

165lbs
5'6
size 9 boots
price range $100-200 with bindings

What size board should I be looking for? Cause it looks like I fall inbetween sizes since I'm heavy for my height. Is this a reasonable price range for a good board to last 3-4 few times a year? Thanks for any help.

You may want to try Play it Again Sports... that's where I got my first board (in San Jose) when I got back into riding after several years off. Still have the Gnu I got there - it's my rock board now. $200 with bindings is doable. Look for one in the 152-156 cm range.

Thanks. I'm actually from Hawaii but go to Los Angeles a lot. There's two that are sorta close to where I go by.

What is preferred for the board arch/camber by how I ride? I think I also use medium bindings but is the board width pretty much standard unless I would need to look for a wide?

U need medium bindings and don't need a wide board.
