Ever seen this brand?

So, I don't know too much about different boards, but I was walking by a dumpster yesterday and found this board inside a board bag. It's in pretty good shape, but I have no idea what it's worth, any ever seen it before? Thanks!http://i48.tinypic.com/330qx5k.jpg

Judging by the bindings and position looks like its pretty old and upside down in the pic, looks like it says bms (not swq) which means nothing to me. What's on the base?

It's definitely upside down.
