I'm in the market for a split board and have narrowed my choices down to the Unity Whale and NS Summit. There are a few reviews of the summit floating around on the internets but not so much for the whale. I have been riding NS for over ten years now so I am very familiar with their boards and I have heard nothing but good things about Unity. Does anyone have any feedback concerning the whale? Or know someone who does? I am looking for mostly a BC powder stick that can also bomb anything in its path including resort riding. High speed stability and dampness is a must but without being overly stiff. A little pop would be nice but not required. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated as there isn't much of a chance to demo any of these boards here in Switzerland.

Unity makes awesome boards, but I have no experience with the Whale. The Summit is a solid pow slayer that does exactly what you are asking for.

I may just end up with a summit, but I love the look and shape of the whale. I know that shouldn't be a factor, but when you can't demo one then it does become a factor. Didn't the owner of Unity work for N.S before starting Unity? Or was that B-Line? God I miss my Diesel, one of the best boards I ever had. Next to my Premier of course.
