Is there much difference between 2010 and 2013 other than graphics?

if you mean 10/11, according to this, it has grip tech and rocker:

That's a 09/10 Westmark, it has traditional camber.. which in my opinion makes it significantly different than the 2013 which is rockered, however it's still a soft/mid soft park/freestyle board. I believe the graphics on that specific board is for their mid-wide Westmark's for that year, although I'm not completely sure. The 2010 was the last year of the traditional cambered Westmarks.
