can you tell me what board this is?
and is it any good? Im a total newb been boarding once a decade ago.

The a poloma with cap construction, old t9 bindings, and I think that's like the first or second generation ruler boot. My guess 12 plus years old. If you know how to dig you can probably find something good but people are retards and think their shit is worth more than it is. Don't skimp on the boots, dump all your money into those and don't buy used.
