Was a while ago, but I think turnaround was about 2-3 days or so. Glad you got a new board! Enjoy it!

I bought a board that is peeling but I am pretty sure I don't have the receipt. Did you guys all have the original purchase receipts and is it absolutely necessary? I've never warrantied anything before.
