Default first time board advice

looking for a board for first time, with a budget of about 200, and i found what i thought would be a perfect board for what i want. i was looking at the K2 Union Mid, 159. Saw it in snow n rock for 180. was about to get it but then they sold out of 159 and only have 1 164 in the whole country.
im 6ft 1ish, 84kg and have size 12 boots. so i need a wide board, im more of a freestyle rider, and i was wandering if i should stick with the 164 or look for another shorter board.

Look for another shorter board, specially if you are considering going into freestyle, the 164 would be a bit too long for freestyle.

For an awesome wide freestyle board, for your stats, get the Rome Machine 157. Its a snow-beast.
