Hey man, i'm 3cm taller then you and 3kg heavier then you, so i'm interested in the answer to, but remember you needd to tell them what sort of terrain you wish to ride ie park, powder or all mountain.

I was told a good rule of thumb was that when you stand up straight it should be as tall as your chin.

So I ride a 156...

But length should be determined by what style you want to ride.

I'm gonna venture a guess and say 152-153 for all mountain.

152 is to large.

Go with a 142 to a 145, anywere there should be fine.

it depends what you want your board for they move in that range, for pow go on the larger range.

Since I'm about 3cm taller would a 145 be good for park and a 148 or so be good for powder for me or would the difference be less then that?

For powder I say a 146 or a 147. For all mountain a 144 should work fine.
