lib hot knife? need help quick!

definitely buying a board today. was thinking of the gnu riders choice. but am now thinking the lib tech hot knife

snowboard mostly in the ice coast in NY at hunter.
i would consider myself an intermediate
5"10" 205 lbs.
riders choice i would either get the 157.5 or 161(havent decided)
hot knife i would be getting the 159
want an all mountain board. occasionally some jumps

question is: hot knife states its a board for advanced to expert riders
can you really go by that. can a board be too advanced for the rider. im no beginner. been riding for over 10 years just not soo much in recent years.

i have to make a decision today. any feedback would be great
