Be carefull not to put to much or it will drip in the bottom of the insert and accumulate overtime.Afterwards if you tight your binding screws to hard you can go thru your inserts and make them ''bubble'' off the base.

It happened to me on a old Nitro board whern I was a kid it sucked.

The hardware on my Burton bindings came with a small dab of blue. Like mentioned before, stick to the blue stuff or teflon.
