Looking for some before and after pictures from a base grind, i want to see how well it would work if i was to get mine done or whether or not it would be worth it or just stick with just a wax instead, so does anyone have any before and after pictures?

take a ruler or anything with a flat straight edge and run it along the base of the board. if there are a lot of variations, get a grind. if not, you don't need a grind.
