I'm 5"6 and 130 pounds and i ride a 153 cm board. I've ridden up to a 156 cm as well and didn't notice much besides the speed stability increase on the 156.

what varza said is quite correct.

im a beginner going to intermediate (issue with speed and steepness) and I have a ns proto ct 152. im 5'5 and 135lbs.

now i know its a mens board but i got it due to my large feet (size 9 mens). i find it too stiff do to jumps and the like but at the same time it is very stable.

im very jealous that you're able to go snowboarding every week! i normally only chalk up 10 days in a season >< Though this year im hoping to go a lot more.

I know I'm pretty lucky... I live pretty close to a few mountains.
