Goggle Help Please - Snowboarding Forum

I'm looking at getting a new pair of goggles but don't have the money to buy anything to expensive. I'm looking at anon helix right now but would like some feedback. Is there much of a difference between those and the figment? Are there any suggestions for a similar price range goggle? Thanks for the help.

Just two quick questions that may help with the decisionmaking process... how big is your head, and are you asian?

Figured I should ask that because the goggles always tailor to a certain size face, and being asian, I've had issues with a gap over the nose on some goggles.

unfortunately, i've never heard of bargain bindings (like any of the bindings that shops sell out of the locked cases) that don't fog. if you possibly can, get the figments. my buddy has been riding since before bear and mammoth allowed snowboarders. he has said over and over that anons are the best goggles, he creatively puts it "anons are like sex for your face"

My head is normal size and I'm not Asian. I've also heard good things about anon so I thought I'd look into them. Thanks.

I also will be doing a lot of night riding, what lens color will be best?

I prefer a clear lense for night, but not everyone does. I do believe some people like yellow for night

yeah, i ment goggles, my bad.

and for something that you can ride in day and night, try for a polarized yellow mirror frame. wont cut out as much light as an amber or other color, but with the polarized and mirror it will cut glare during the day.

well for lens i like the orange looking one
and for night i have the yellow ones

and for day i just put the orange on and when on the ski life or in the lines i just change the lens i just keep the extra in my coat pocket it makes it easier that way
