they help with jibbing alot, i have a homemade vew-do board. if you've ever had trouble boardsliding a single wide rail, it will help. it helps you to gain balance for presses and tail and noseslides. get the right kind of vew-do and it will also help you with you toe-heel balance. you just need the roller with the reverse hourglass shape.
