I weigh about the same as you. and I'm 5'11. Here's the deal though.

I like a SHORT board for jibbing. I would personally go for a 145 or 148, but many people don't like boards that short. Also if you plan on going out into the mountain at all, you're going to want a little extra length.

So I guess what I'm saying here is... don't listen to me! Haha.

What size have you ridden before. Have you had much experience jibbing?

life IS good.

yess i have been jibbing before all last year and some the year before that but with only a all mountain board witch was a 155. but before that board i had a 149.
i was thinking eather between the 145 and the 148.
would the 145 handle ok on small kickers. if so i would just get that
and i am 5'6 5'7

i put some time on my friends regular weapon last season and it was a 151. i weigh the same as you. and this year i'm getting the 148 rocker. so thats what i'd suggest. the 151 felt just a tad long for me, even on jumps. cause you have to remember that the weapons have the whole longer effective edge dealio, so the 151 kinda felt like my 155 control wise. what you could do though, since its rocker, is get the 152 and have a super sick all mountain board that will still jib better than a 150 standard camber board.

and put flux on it.........cheeyuuuh!!!!!!!!!

Snowboarding Is...

That thing I do to escape the world and have fun with my friends
