The 2009 Forum Grudge is super light. I demo'd it this past year and was stoked on it. Dont know if id call it a park board but it is definitely an all mountain freestyle.

Signal park series and any full plastic binding. Seriously though board + binding weight? build some muscle.

Initially bought a Burton 7 with Freestyles. Then changed my mind and went with a Ride Agenda and a Rome Arsenal. I'm not sure if it's the lightest set up , but the board is lighter than the 7, Agent and WWW I was previously looking to buy.
