Got new board, are bindings too far back or forward?

Just got a GNU BTX board 155 the other day and bought some Flow M11 bindings. Have power foot set at 9 and lead foot 15. I'm worried the bindings are too far forward?

Also, bought this new, how do I tell if it's waxed?

They look fine to me, just try it out and see how its aligned for you setting bindings to -15 +15 is generally an average duck stance try to that and see how your legs are feeling and adjust as you need to, and generally I just hot wax a board even if it's new. Most manufactures use really shitty wax/none at all plus wax is cheap while gas to go up isnt

The guy at the shop said the wax job from manufactures is the best you can get... So he's full of shit basically? lol

-This is my first board, usually just borrow from friends. Paid $125 good deal?

How far you usually set bindings apart for park?

Its a good deal. And yeah he is, how will manufactures know what type of conditions you'll ride in? Usually for park I just have them in the dead center of the mounts at an even 15 duck stance (+15/-15). I'd recommended bringing a screw driver with you next time you go and just adjust for what feels right for you.
