I ended up going with a 08' Burton Air 61, I am planning on doing mostly freeriding, and maybe just a little bit of park (not much this season) I am 6'1" and about 193lbs. I have tried on different boots some DC's and K2's and I really didn't like the ones I tried on. (found I was really a size 11 boot) Can anyone recommend boot/binding setup for my board. I have heard that Flow makes really good bindings, any advice?

Personal preference man no one can tell you what you like. I ride the stiffest boots K2 makes and I do it all with them. I have friends that ride the softest boots in the world and still drop 20 foot cliffs.

Ok so i just purchased a new NS heritage board. it will be my first board
and i wasn't sure on what bindings and boots to purchase. i bought the board online and figured that i should go into a board shop and try on some boots and bindings to see what would suit me and the board best. My question is when you guys buy boots and bindings online how do you know what fits good and doesn't? I would rather purchase the boots and bindings online, but i have no reference on what to buy or how anything will fit. anyone have a guide on what i should be looking for? btw i'm 5'8 145lbs and i bought the NS heritage 155(hella expensive!)

yah was my first year ridin this year and fell in love. mostly borrowed eq. though. was fortunate enough to have my friends let me use their boards, and only reason i prefer online is because of the ability to be able to compare prices w/o the hassle of driving to dif. locations and the much wider variety.
