Hey everyone
I'm sorry to bring up yet another topic about waist width, I've searched for it too many times and realize they are in abundance. However, I have to ask. I am interested in buying a Ride DH in 157 mainly for park and some all mountain riding. However I am getting mixed opinions about whether it is too narrow at the waist for Size 11 boots. I have tried on the Ride FUL boots and am set on purchasing those to accompany. I don't really feel like going to a wide board and am just asking for your opinions on the setup. Will I get copious amounts of toe drag or will I be fine? Oh, I run angles of +15/-15. Thank you for your time! |

Ha you're fine don't sweat it. Unless you ride an obscenly small stance the waist width means jack shit in correlation to your boot size. Reference stance on most boards is like 22 inches at that range its about a cm to 2 cm's wider than the waist of the board at a 24 inch stance you're talking like almost 3 to 4 cm's wider right there than the waist.
