Hey guys,
First: just sold my old setup and i can get a killer deal on some small 08 missions. I have a burton Moto size 9 boot. Would the small mission fit my boot, or should i get a medium binding? Second: I need to know what bindings to go with my freeride/carve setup I just purchased a Supermodel x 60 and was wondering what binding would be best for freeride/carve, but allow for buttering and some ground tricks sometimes -cartel -mission -c60 -c02 Loved the flexibility of my old missions, but i dont know if they will be stiff enough to control my new superx. The most i would LIKE to spend would be for the cartels, but if necessary, the c60 or c02's if you guys say so. what do you think? -jason |

actually i'd say the cartels would be good.
and with a size nine boot you need at least a medium, you could even get into larges. if you dont want the cartels then triads would be good, or some salomon relay series bindings

^ Actually with Burtons the sizes run entirely different because of the unibody shape. A large with a 9 Burton boot and you will be swimming in them. You need a medium a small is going to be too tight and force the toes way out and not sit well in the heel pocket.
For the super x I would go with either the Co2 or the C60 personally. Or I'd just pick up a pair of last years Targa's online. |

which ones would be the most direct, but still allow some range of user error? as in i dont want EVERY movement turned into a potential caught edge, or does that not make sense. i was thinking triad because its a combo of both the c02/cartel it would be better?

I demoed the co2 last year on a se7en. didnt like them on that board, but would love them on a freeride board, its what i'd probably get.
you wont have every single motion turned into an edge with any bindings, unless your rockin hardboots on an alpine.

For the c60's being the "hardest" burton makes I still found them fairly soft. If you're looking for a binding you can change things out on check out the Rome Targa with that C flex strap you can adjust the forward flex in it more.
