Default Board defect?

Anyone have any knowledge about what these lines are appearing below the surface of the bottom sheet of a newly purchased board at the nose.

Does it look like a defect? future failure?

Hard to tell from the pics but are those cracks in the base?!? If so I'd warranty that right away. Not right at all...

Is that the wax roller line? Are those ancient alien hieroglyphs? Did you attack it with an exacto knife? Get a better pic.

Place I purchased board from says they don't think its worth warranty hassel they don't think co will warranty unless complete failure.

The picture is the best I can get. the lines are below the surface appear to be splits or razor cuts on the underside of the bottom sheet (p-tex BASE) doesn't appear to reach through to the surface

I was hoping someone on this forum is familiar with the mfg process & may be able to shed light on what I am looking at.

It is a sintered base. Do they seem strips of p-tex together when they mfg these bases? these lines are spaced evenly.
