As long as it is cosmetic then yes for sure. I don't think a major factory would sell a blemish that would affect function. I bought one that had the inserts drilled a bit wide, doesn't hurt the ride at all. Who knows if it is on the topsheet your bindings may cover it.

Evo is legit. If you get it and the blemish looks suspect to you they will let you return the item for a full refund.
