Burton 1994 Air - Snowboarding Forum

Just wanted to let you all know. I wax boards on the side for some cash and some dude brought me a 1994 Burton Air to wax. haha awesome!

Was it in good condition still? Took any picture?

I'd love to ride one again, see how it feels.

Needs some work some epoxy in the top sheet. It has some good core shots but he just said to wax it and fill in the gouges. It needs some p-tex and maybe some edge work besides sharpening. Otherwise not bad for a board that is 19 years old. He is going to ride it this week. I might advise him to fix it up further or just hang it on the wall. Maybe even sell it.

My first was a 92/93 burton air 6.1 that has a forest green top sheet. I think the one pictured is was after mine. I just broke the binding on my mine so I guess I should think about upgrading
