Default snowboard size

So I am probably going to be getting into snowboarding pretty fast now that I have some money, but I need a little help on dimensions.

Im about 5 8 and 135, what should the size of my board be?

That will depend on the type of riding you intend to do.

I'd say the safe bet is something in the 151 to 153 range.

I'm your dimensional twin, and I ride a 148 for park/jibs. So for learning, i'd say a 151-154.

and crazydrummer, get the 151.
