Need help buying first board

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum, but I've been riding for few years on my brother's board (Its a SIMS model at least 7 years old).

Anyways, I'm looking to buy my first setup for this upcoming season, and i wanted some advice.
I'm 6 feet tall, weigh about 155-160 (seriously, it varies from month to month) and I would say I'm an intermediate level boarder.
I'm looking for an all mountain freestyle board, which would also be good for a little park action....mainly just jumps (but I would also like to try doing some easy rails this season)
However, my main focus is all-mountain freestyle board.

My budget for my WHOLE setup is around 600-700 canadian dollars.

I've been looking at the Forum Recon board in a 156 size, but I've been reading and I think a 155 size would be better for control for a guy my size and weight.

Can you throw me some suggestions about other 155 boards I could look at, that are in the same price range as the Forum Recon?

Thanks a lot for the help!

Oh, and on a side note, are there any reputable boards that have designs this year that feature comic book/anime/robot characters? haha, i know it sounds nerdy but I've always wanted a board that featured batman, Spiderman, Ironman, anime or transformer characters.
I tried searching google but could only find very few in kids sizes.

do not buy a recon.I have a recon 146 this will be my 8th season on a board riding the same way you said you do. The recon is the stiffest board i have ever ridden and i recently baught a more flexible ride rukus 145. so just letting u know do not buy a recon i would suggest a forum youngblood 154-156 300-400 american dollars
