Mervin isn't doing them and for years Rossi borrowed boot tech from DC, even though Quiksilver sold off the Rossignol snow division recently they used their factory and their designs for them.

so is this a good thing or bad thing? i know almost nothing about rossignol snowboards/skii gear. Are the DC boards high quality or not so much?

the dc boards are not rossi boards. the dc boards have their own design and tech. they are just made in the same factory

Might have their own design but techwise its borrowed, the shapes are Rossi shapes.

I rode 2 their decks - Rossignol Sultan and 1 more 159 black deck but can't remember the name and was not impress of the board and quality.

Well the Sultans a piece of shit. I'll give DC credit for even borrowing tech they put a lot into asking the average rider for feedback, or at least from what I saw. They're a snowboard and they'll get you down the hill I liked a few things about them.
