Please help! First time buying a board/everything else.

Hi all

First of all thanks for taking time out to help a noob like me.

I am beginnner/intermediate snowboarder who has gone on about 4-5 trips. I am looking to buy a new board that I can progress on. I usually only ride groomed trails, and I am trying to ride more park.
I am 5'7'', 130 lbs, with a size 9 foot. My brother is also looking for a board and he is the same as me only with a size 10 foot.

Three boards I've looked at were the Burton Custom 151 or Rome Anthem 153 or Rome Agent 152?

Is 152 on the Agent too long for me?

Also what type of bindings should I get if I get either board. Im not looking to break the bank but nothing low end either.
