Default Snowboarding must have's

I was just with my nephews and they were saying how excited they are that the snowboarding season is coming soon. I want to start my christmas shopping and figured I may be able to get them some snowboarding "must have's" . Any ideas? They both started last year and already have the basic board/boot/binding package but not much else.

Helmet. I'm 30 and i take risks that my helmet has save me twice last season. No idea what kids who are still invincible (as we all were at that age) would try.

I have to agree. Definately a good helmet. I started wearing one after I gave myself a concussion and I'm sure I'd have a few more if it wasn't for wearing a helmet. Find one with speakers in the ears, I got one this year and they're awsome. I rock my MP3 player to the hill and this will make it much more comfortable.

Thank you very much for the hints. They already have helmets. I'm not sure if they are excited about it but they wore them last year so there's not much else I can ask for. Any recommendations on gloves or mittens? I've heard plus's and minus's for both. And if anyone else has any other suggestions, please let me know. Thanks all.
