K2 new camber profile for 2014

Alright, so I didn't get to demo K2 this year. But at the shop i heard something about "progressive camber". The guy I over heard this from did a poor job of explaining it. Was hoping someone on here got to demo K2 or knew how it was supposed to work. I searched the net but couldn't really find much other then a mention of it on the K2 hit machine without an explanation.

It's really similar to what's on the Salomon Villain this year. It makes total sense and in my personal opinion this and other similar "relaxed" camber profiles should basically replace anything else with full camber.

nivek, did you get the chance to try it out already?
i am currently looking for a new board for my wife for next year: i want to get her a twin freestyle board (either hybrid or flat) which can still hold an edge on hardpack and float a bit better than a regular camber.

might the new K2 (don't remember the name right now) fit the bill?

thanks!

We are from Italy.
Therefore, mostly groomers. We both love powder but we do not get a lot, unfortunately.
