While looking for best price, I noticed there are at least two color schemes:
![]() And ![]() So the question is how to get the black-blue? For example Dogfunk are selling different color boards depending on length. Is it the same for every board - 158 cm are all RED or I should ask particularly for the black one? |

i might be mistaken (im not a NS expert) but I think that the SL design got a lot of hate and NS went back and released it with different graphics, one of those is the original style and the other is the updated. I think the red is the discontinued one. So the one you get is more of a factor of when the company got them shipped in then the size.

I had a similar thing back when I bought my 2009 SL-R. The production version was a black top sheet but low-and-behold I saw a photo of an SL-R with a white top sheet. I reached out to NS, they let me know that that it was in fact a limited run due to running out of black material during a production run one day and so they finished that day's run with white material. They pointed me to the shops that they shipped the white top sheet boards to and in this case one of them was evo.com.
I called evo, who only showed the black ones on their website, and they sent someone into the warehouse to look at what was there. They found a white top sheet version I was looking for in inventory and shipped it to me. It was awesome customer service across the board - both NS and evo.com went out of the way to help me out. |
