How is it when charging?
Is there chatter?
Nope! It's a really damp board.
How is the edge to edge transition and edge hold?
The edge to edge transition is easy, since it's slightly narrower board than average, IIRC. I have no issues going edge to edge. I'd say the edge hold is good, but not excellent, but I'm comparing to really stiff camber boards. It holds a line well in most conditions for me, definitely better than any rocker board I've ridden.
Are the edges catchy?
Nope! It's saved my butt may times.
How is it for jumps?
So, my answer to this question should be made with a grain of salt: I don't know what makes a good jump board. But, the Infinity is ok for me for jumps, mostly the issue with it is that it's quite a heavy board. So during a jump, I feel like it's harder to manuever (like pull in for grabs, etc.). I have a lighter snowboard, and it's easier to do those things.
How is it on groomers vs powder vs icy conditions?
For me, it's done really well in all those conditions.
Any other insight into the infinity would be greatly appreciated.
I think the Infinity is a great board, the only caveat you should be aware of is that it's a heavier than avg. snowboard. It's still my favorite board because it does well charging runs in a variety of conditions.
