Missing lean adjustment lever on 390's - Snowboarding Forum

I noticed one of my rome 390's is missing the adjustable lean lever in back. Can I just order one of these online somewhere? It's black. Thanks.

i definitely agree. Rome has great customer service and warranty dept. Was able to get new ratchet/straps very quickly and no hassle.

I 3rd that. I still have a new binding strap from last years 390's, Rome warrant dept sent me the wrong strap. I fixed my 07 bindings myself and never sent back the 08 390 strap. They send your new piece fast and you get stickers!

Took your guys advice and emailed Rome and got a speedy reply:

Yeah I can get you a highback lever. Do you need just the forward lean
lever or do you need the foreward lean block too? Which color do you need,
white or black?

Just let me know and I'll get some out to you.

Rome is a awesome company, they dont give you the run-around. I got rome stickers and the "belchies" soda wrap stickers when they sent my strap.
