This is another great site: CPT Fitness : Snowboard Workout Program
I was also reading Matt Belair's website -- he's got some instructional video's or something... anyway, he's got this three part system and one of the things he really touts when it comes to improving your game is visualization. I totally thought it was bunk when I first read it, but after a while of real practice it helped a lot! It sounds so Tony Robbins, but if you can dream it you can do it!
