Try on every boot you can the best boot is the one that fits your foot. Also FYI next time you buy equipment start with the boots.

I so agree, start with the boots.. As advice on what brand, pair or even type of boot is usless seeing that it really only matters how it feels to you.

The best fit is not the best boot if it falls apart after 14 days of riding.

THERE ARE SPECIFIC REASONS AS TO WHY I AM MORE LOCAL THAN YOU

i would agree with this entire post..... but it is likely to make its author have a spaz attack.

and so i will limit myself to simply saying how tasty my paella lunch was today.

Any Burton, or saloman board you buy will last you a while. My first 2 pairs of saloman boots lasted me 11 years, I switched to burton last year only because I get a proform, and they seem to be holding up to the use and abuse I put them through. Remember, your boots will pack out... so make sure they are a little tight when you origionally purchase them.

Buy them where they are cheapest, and then you will have more money for a lift ticket. I know BurtonAvenger is all about local shops, and I ususally agree, but when a shop (specifically willies) fucks up your board twice, I tend to loose faith in them.
