Hey,
I've been boarding for a few years now, and decided to pick up some gear this season. My girlfriend bought me a used Atomic Alibi 156.5 snowboard, but i noticed the width of the board seems to be a bit narrow - it's 24.9cm, although the length seems fine for my height (5'8). For my boot size of 10, it looks like my boot would be hanging off the edge, will this become a big problem? I was trying to look for reviews of this board online and i haven't come across anyone complain about this, but i hardly doubt i'm the only person that has tried this board with boot size 10. any help's appreciated, thanks! |

FYI your height means jack shit when choosing board length. I rode that board with a size 11 you're fine. Are you mounting your bindings in the exact dead center of the board where its te narrowest? I highly doubt it the nose/tail width is more important.

Hey man, thanks for the tips. How did you pull it off with a size 11 and no toe overhang? there isn't a chance that there's multiple alibi boards with different widths is there? did you just make the binding angle really wide?
Thanks a lot for your help. |
