im looking for new boots. i currently ride salomon malamutes and really like those boots, i was fulling intending to buy another pair of salomon boots (was going to go with the synapse this time as i wanted something softer) but i wanted to try on some other brands to see whats out there. i tried on some northwave decades, holy sweet jeebus they are comfy and i liked the way the speed lace set up looked. my question is how well made are they? they feel like they will packout quick.

Italian designed. Northwave has been in the boot business longer than a lot of people. Pack out happens its a fact of life. But there are factors associated with that like how much you ride, how hard, where you ride, are you apreing in them, etc. etc.

I had about 10 days on a pair before I ripped the speed lace system out because I was being a fucktard and not paying attention and reefed it. When I used to ride Northwaves they lasted a long ass time.
