Hello, I am new here, and also to snowboarding. I have gone about six or seven times and am just getting to where I can make it down the mountain intact. I have always rented boards but now im looking to buy one and I need to know the right size for a person about
6'1. Any info would be great. Thanks |

As OP said, you should include your weight as it is a (the) major factor in determining board size, but also your shoe size and what you mainly intend to use the board for, such as freestyle, freeride, all mountain. From what you've said it sounds like you're after an all-round beginner-intermediate board, but do you intend to hit the park a bit this year or anything like that?
