SPY yellow-blue spectra lens

I have decided on getting either the Smith Phenom goggles, or the Spy Soldier goggles. If I get the phenom, I plan to get the Sensor mirror lens for low light/ night riding. Which Spy lens compares to Smith's sensor mirror? I have searched everywhere and am under the impression that the Spy yellow-blue spectra lens is good for low light conditions. But I have also read that it is for very sunny conditions.

Could someone please tell me what conditions the yellow-blue spectra works in?

Based on my calculations, Yellow/Blue Spectra will have a VLT of 60% (Sensor Mirror is 70%).

The numbers:
Bronze: 23%
Bronze/Blue Spectra: 16% (about 30% lower than Bronze)
Persimmon: 54%
Persimmon/Blue Spectra: 36% (about 33% lower than Persimmon)
Yellow: 86%
thus Yellow/Blue Spectra: 60% (assuming Y/B is 30% less than Y)
