stance width

I heard that having too wide of a stance can decrease your pop. I was just wondering if this statement is true? thanks

Im not sure if it decreases your pop but im positive that it helps you spin alot faster in the air and on rails and get deeper in your presses

Wide, wide, wide. I always felt awkward on rentals which seem to have a pretty narrow stance most of the time...then I got my own board, set it as wide as I could go, and it feels soooo much better.
