I have a 151 09 Skate Banana. I'm 5'6" sz 9 boots, about 150lbs.
I'm looking for a board to "Do it all". From what i hear, the skate banana can do that. However, from people i've talked to and emailed, i hear that the skate banana is a really soft board and has a loose feeling. Being that i'm only 5'6", I was also considering the Box Scratcher. Yeah, i know..its gonna be only a park board. But from what i've heard, the Box Scratcher is actually a little bit stiffer than the Skate Banana. Because of the reverse camber, the board will be ok in powder...again, i'm only 5'6". What do you guys think? Any experiences or stories about the Box Scratcher on how it is outside of the park? |

I know its 145 but its not that small to me because of my height. From what i've heard from people, the skate banana actually is softer and has a more loose feeling. I found this review also:

Box scratcher is a rail board with a super wide stance and at a miniscule 145 it will be rubbish out of the park. Get a bannana or if you think thats too soft look at at the phoenix, the t-rice blunt or maybe one of the GNU BTX sticks.
