Any difference in 2008/2009 models?

Should I pick up Burton Cartel 2009 ($250) or Burton C60 2008 ($190). The Burton C60 2009 are nice but is there much difference in the 2008 vs 2008 models?

Thank you

Well your not comparing apples with apples here. The C60 is a little stiffer and more responsive than the Cartel. I don't think that either is a bad choice. But that is a pretty good deal on a set of C60s.

But I don't think there was any major changes to either binding from last year.

nicely put dcp..any question pertaining cartels is fairly skewed, not because of bias, but because they are simply such a great binding...pros can get a new pair of c60s daily if they wanted to but they dont. most pros use cartels, including other companies riders.

with that said, i think cartels and c60s are almost identical other then components used. and with how stiff the cartels are, i cant imagine how stiff c60s are.
